Returns and refunds
We want you happy with what turns up. Unopened products in their original packaging can be sent back within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you want to send back. We will reply with the return instructions and address. Need product details first? They sit on each product's page.
Refunds and opened items
Once returned items reach us and we have checked them, we refund the original payment method — usually within 5-10 business days. For hygiene and safety, opened products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty. If something arrives damaged, email [email protected] with a photo within 7 days.
